Frequently Asked Questions
How do I cancel or change a booking?
Open the app and go to My Bookings, select the booking, and choose
Cancel or contact the host directly. Cancellation terms depend on the
property or activity's policy shown at the time of booking.
My payment failed but I was charged. What should I do?
Failed transactions are usually reversed automatically by your payment provider within
a few business days. If the charge doesn't disappear, email us at
[email protected]
with your transaction ID and we'll investigate right away.
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap Forgot Password? and follow the instructions
sent to your registered email address or phone number.
I'm not receiving push notifications.
Check that notifications are enabled for DemApp in your device settings, and in the app
under Profile → Notification settings. Reinstalling the app can also
refresh your notification token.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can request account deletion by emailing
[email protected]
from your registered email address. We'll confirm and remove your account and associated
personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
How do I list my property or activity on DemApp?
Create an account, then go to Profile → Become a Host and follow the
steps to add your listing with photos, pricing, and availability. Our team reviews new
listings before they go live.
